APPLE LEMON CAYENNE GINGER SHOTS
This health shot will improve your digestion, boost your energy, immune system. It will also aid in detoxification ridding your body of unwanted toxins! I preferbly like this drink early in the morning on an empty stomach to increase the nutritional dosage offered in this simply and very easy drink.
Ingredients:
- 2 green apples
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (or less depending on your comfort.)
How to:
Begin by washing your apples lemon and ginger, afterwards cut your apples into pieces that fit into your juicer. Peel and cut your lemon and ginger. Then place your apples, lemon and ginger into your juicer. Once everything is juiced add in your cayenne pepper and mix thoroughly with a spoon. And thats it! I divided mine into 4 2oz bottles that I drank everyday I recommend the same this way you can spread it and you aren’t drinking too much at a time.
