BEST IMMUNE BOOST JUICE RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 5–6 carrots 
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 half a lemon
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 3 Green apples 

How to:

First, as always wash your produce with cold water. Afterwards chop up the apples, carrots, peal and cut the lemon and ginger so that all of these ingredients fit into your juicer. Once everything is properly cut start juicing! Doesn’t matter the order you put in the vegetables, its simply that easy. Lastly you can either drink as is or strain it. 

Place in a mason jar or cup of your preference and enjoy! :)
