DRAGON FRUIT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

HOW TO MAKE TROPICAL DRAGON FRUIT SMOOTHIE 

Ingredients:

  • Frozen bananas
  • frozen dragon fruit 
  • frozen papaya 
  • frozen blue berries 
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1tbs cinnamon
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 - 1 cup of water (Depends on how thick you want it) 
  • ice (however much you like however I use about a cup.)

How to: I typically grab all my desired fruits for my smoothies, cut them up and place them in a plastic bin or zip log bag in the freezer until the next day. Once you have your frozen fruits ready place them in your blender (I use ninja) add your water, cinnamon, maca powder, and chia seeds. Add the ice last blend until desired thickness (i loveeeee thick smoothies) Once everything is blended together (should take only up to 5 minutes) place in mason jar or cup of your preference and ENJOY!
