HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

As our products are handmade carefully processing time can take anywhere between 3-21 business days before shipping. All orders are shipped in the order of which they are received. We try our best to ship orders as soon as possible and each customer receives an email confirmation letting them know once their order has been shipped.   

IF I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR WANT TO CANCEL?  

We are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed please ensure to review your cart before submitting an order. Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled. 

CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER? 

Products are made in large quantities, unfortunately we are unable to make customized products.
