BEST CASHEW MILK EVER

HOW TO MAKE MY CLASSIC CASHEW MILK AT HOME

I cant exageraste enough how tasteful this recipe is, such a great alternative to dairy milk super light, low in calories, actually benefits your bones, and teeth and its natural handmade by YOU! Now lets get into it: 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 4 cups of purified water
  • 3 dried dates 
  • 1tsp cinnamon 

How to: First you have to place the cashews in water (not your 3 cups of purified water but another few cups of water) let it sit overnight or until the cashews are softened. Afterwards strain the cashews and place them in your blender (I use ninja) add the 4 cups of water, dates, and cinnamon. Blend thoroughly (the dates have seeds in them that wont blend thats okay!) Once everything is thoroughly blended strain milk. (I like to use a cheese cloth to squeeze out all excess milk however if you don’t have one just strain as best as you can.) Once everything is strained place in a mason jar or cup of your choice making sure it can seal! And thats it you’ve got your homemade cashew milk! Doesn’t it taste soooo good? I know I know.
