General Shipping Policy
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number, whats included in the shipment, and a link to track your package all the way to your door.
Please note: duties and taxes are not included in your purchase, upon arrival depending on the country you will be required to pay your local postal carrier for the duties and taxes separately. These fees are not place by WHITNEYSNATURALS and we are not responsible. For more information on your countries duties and taxes please visit your local postal carrier.
Domestic Orders normally take 2-7 business days
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. Therefor once orders are shipped they will arrive in the form of shipping paid for at the time of purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make adjustments. Please be sure to verify your address to ensure that it is correct. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once orders are turned over to the postal carrier, ownership of packages transfers to the buyer. WHITNEYSNATURALS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS with any order, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS directly.
Items not in Stock
Due to high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. If this occurs we will take all necessary steps to advise you in a timely manner if this occurs.
Refund & Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, returns or cancellations
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed, or cancelled. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to rectify any mistakes.
